Cancel reservation
This is a contractual cancellation, not a statutory 14-day withdrawal. Car hire for a specific date is exempt (CRD Art. 16(l) / Croatian ZZP Art. 86(1)(12)). Enter your booking code and email. We email a timestamped receipt; staff will process the request. Phone remains an extra channel.
